These bank details will be used as a basis to make repayments to your business for claims, refunds and settlements.

Please also provide a document evidencing you are in the motor trade e.g. Motor Trade Insurance, DVLA trade plate licence, invoice from other auction / vehicle remarketing company or your website. Failure to provide relevant proof will result in being charged the higher rate application fee.

If you do not hold Motor Trade Insurance you will need to arrange appropriate collection / delivery of vehicles purchased

By submitting this form:

• you will be liable to pay the application Fee (£49.00 plus VAT for Motor Trade businesses or £99.00 plus VAT for non-Motor Trade businesses);

• you acknowledge and agree that BCA will not process your application until BCA has received payment of the Fee in cleared funds;

• the Fee is non-refundable regardless of whether BCA accepts your application or rejects it;

• you are accepting the terms and conditions that apply when buying with BCA. These are published at https://www.bca.co.uk/legal/terms-conditions and comprise BCA’s Conditions of Entry and Sale, variations to these conditions including in relation to the BCA Buyer App, and the BCA Assured and Essential Checks,  together with the MyBCA Card terms and conditions; and

• you acknowledge that BCA Buyer accounts are closed if no purchases are made on those accounts over a 12 month period. Applications to re-open accounts in such circumstances will attract the same application Fee as a new account.

You also agree that:

• any named individual(s) nominated on this form for a BCA Trade Buyer Account card is/are authorised to enter into contracts for and on behalf of the company, business or individual registering for a BCA Trade Buyer Account on this form (the "Account Holder"); and

• all purchases effected using a BCA Trade Buyer Account card will be deemed to have been made by the individual to whom such MyBCA Trade Buyer Account card was issued, and without exception all such purchases shall be valid and binding upon the Account Holder.

To prevent fraudulent activity, you must ensure all BCA username and passwords are kept secure and never disclosed to any third parties. Anyone who transacts on your own account with your login will be deemed to have authority to enter into a contract for and on behalf of the company, business or individual as Account Holder.

You warrant and undertake that, by registering as a Trade Buyer that you are not a 'consumer' for the purposes of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) regulations 2013 (which governs distance selling). All transactions between BCA and a Trade Buyer are business-to-business and are governed by non-consumer legislation. Further, you acknowledge and accept that:

• you have no automatic right to a refund in respect of any vehicle you buy at auction;

• a refund can only be made after you follow the BCA customer claims process, published at https://www.bca.co.uk/help/customer-claims; and

• a refund will only be given if BCA accepts your claim and on return by you of the relevant vehicle.

You accept that all vehicles are 'sold as seen' unless advised otherwise, and that, by bidding on a vehicle, you are deemed to have read and accepted the supplementary vehicle information provided in respect of that vehicle at the time of auction, subject to any catalogue changes announced by the auctioneer during any auction sale.
