The cars over the age of 10 years and mileage over 180 000 km are not claimable, with following exception: claim is related to following guaranteed information: wrong brand, model, fuel type, engine size,  runner/non-runner status, proved transport damages

Missing items must be noted on CMR copy at the moment of delivery, or upon pickup by 3rd party transporter of your choice at the compound.

All visible damages/defects, which were not advertised in the auction must be noted on CMR at the moment of delivery, or upon pickup by 3rd party transporter of your choice at the compound.

Please, be aware that documents delay is claimable only in case of non-delivery within 30 calendar days since receiving confirmed CMR (local sale), or 15 calendar days since receiving confirmed CMR (cross border sale), if the conditions of sale do not state differently.

In auction, we provide you information about odometer reading. Please, provide us photo of odometer. No claims will be accepted in the case that car has actual mileage 50 or more km higher than odometer reading in the auction.
